ARCO Arena is the top venue for sports, entertainment and special events in the Greater Sacramento area. With over 200 spectator events each year, ARCO Arena is one of the busiest buildings of its kind in the United States.

More than 2 million fans from around Northern and Central California visited ARCO Arena last year for events ranging from NBA basketball to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. ARCO has hosted such world-famous acts as the Rolling Stones, Elton John, Garth Brooks, and a growing role call of today's biggest names in entertainment.

The $40 million, 442,000 square-foot arena opened in 1988 and was built without taxpayer money. The current configuration seats up to 17,317 and is versatile enough to host anything from ice shows to monster trucks. ARCO Arena is home to the Sacramento Kings of the NBA and the WNBA's Sacramento Monarchs. ARCO Arena has twice been host to the NCAA Western Regional Men's Basketball Tournament.

Concessions
Concession stands featuring Weinerschnitzel hot dogs - America's favorite - and traditional ballgame fare such as hot dogs, chicken tenders, popcorn, and pretzels are easily accessible throughout the ARCO Arena. On the concourse, you'll find everything from sushi to nuts. Enjoy pizza, a made-to-order burrito or taco salad from El Pinto Mexican food, or visit one of the carving stations for your choice of juicy turkey or tender tri-tip steak.

Parking
ARCO Arena is surrounded by a spacious, well-lighted lot with spaces for 12,000 cars.

Directions

From Interstate 5 North:
Take Interstate 5 to Del Paso Road. Turn right onto Del Paso Road. Turn right on Commerce Drive and take a left onto West Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly into Toll Plaza 3, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 5 or 6. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.

From Interstate 5 South:
Take Interstate 5 to Del Paso Road. Turn left onto Del Paso Road and cross back over the freeway. Turn right on Commerce Drive and take a left onto West Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly into Toll Plaza 3, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 5 or 6. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.

From Interstate 80 East:
Take Interstate 80 to Truxel Road. Turn left onto Truxel Road. Turn left on Arena Blvd. and take a right at South Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly to Toll Plaza 7, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 8 or 9. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4. From

Interstate 80 West:
Take Interstate 80 to Truxel Road. Turn right onto Truxel Road. Turn left on Arena Blvd. and take a right at South Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly to Toll Plaza 7, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 8 or 9. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.
